AWFS Fresh Wood Competition: David Ringheim of Selkirk College with “The Empire Desk”

David Ringheim constructed a beautifully designed piece in the Tables category for the AWFS Fair Freshwood Student Competition. Upon completing his work at Selkirk College his plans are to open his own woodworking studio and where he can build custom one of a kind furniture.

AWFS Fresh Wood Competition: Daniel Graupmann of Palomar College with “Kurven”

Daniel Graupmann of Palomar College competed in the Reproduction Tables category category of the Post SecondaryFresh Wood Student competition at AWFS Fair Las Vegas. We sat down to have a talk about his beautiful oak desk, “Kurven.”

“Splinter” the Wooden Supercar was designed and built by Joe Harmon. It is an amazing custom work of art that took him two years to build. They are not yet done with designing the engine, but we would love to see this car on the road sometime soon! You can check out additional photos here:
